Of course, there is no guarantee of that, but after years of watching the Subaru Forester evolve, including it's many motoring awards in it's class, plus the testimony of several family Forester owners, we felt that given our trusty Ford Falcon wagon, with almost 300,000 kilometres of reliable motoring, was ready for a rest, and also that it was lacking a host of safety features that are now commonplace. To this end (having first checked out several brands of competitors for comparison) we decided to bite the bullet and visit Subaru Canberra, our closest Subaru dealer, to check out the new Forester. We can honestly say that from the time we met "Damo" Hooites, our salesman, we had our most pleasant and helpful experience ever, buying a car. Robert & Marilyn

I am a VW and a Subaru fan, but this time around, after due consideration, we decided to wait for the 2021 Subaru Outback. Once we were aware the 2021 model had arrived we had no hesitation returning to Subaru Canberra, but more particularly to yourself, to make that purchase. You are a delightful salesperson, and we appreciated how thorough you were in taking us through the 'sales experience', and would gladly recommend anyone wanting to buy a Subaru to come over to see you!! Can also say Charles Yu in the office is a great guy, and one who makes you laugh as he takes your bank cheque!

He was very patient with us whilst we navigated our way from initially thinking we wanted to purchase a Forester, to deciding to wait for the release of the new Outback, to see if we wanted to purchase it instead. The hand over of the vehicle was somewhat overshadowed by the condition the car was presented in as it was less than ideal from a cleanliness perspective and some optional accessories we ordered were missing. However, to their credit, Subaru acknowledged the importance of this moment for us and have gone out of their way to compensate us for any inconvenience caused. We're really impressed that Subaru have made us feel like a valued customer throughout this experience. '
